Citrus Vinaigrette
3/4 c. orange juice concentrate
1/4 c. vinegar
1/4 c. olive oil
1/4 c. water
1/4 t. pepper
Blend all together. Keeps in refrigerator for 1 week. Makes 1 1/2 cups
