Poppy Seed Dressing


3/4 c. sugar
1 T. dry mustard (sometimes I leave this out if I don't have any)
1/2 t. salt
1/3 c. cider vinegar
1 T. onion juice
1 c. oil
1 1/2 T. poppy seeds
   
Mix ingredients 1-4 in blender.  Beat oil in gradually.  Stir in poppy seeds.  Makes 1 2/3 cup  (one dressing cruet)
