Whole Wheat Rolls

3 ½ cups hot water
4 eggs
½ cup oil
½ cup honey
1 TB salt
3TB yeast
4 cups white flour
½ cup powdered milk
5 cups Whole wheat flour

Mix together water, oil, honey, salt, and yeast in bowl add eggs, flour and powdered milk to make a soft sticky dough.  Mix and knead for 8-10 min. Let rise until double in bulk Roll dough out on floured board to ½ inch thick cut circles- crease in center and dip  half in melted butter place on cookie sheet let rise bake 350 for 15 mins
