Coconut Zucchini Bread


3 eggs
2 C sugar
2 tsp vanilla
1 C salad oil
3 C flour
1 tsp salt
1 tsp soda
1 tsp baking powder 
1 tsp cinnamon
1 tsp all spice
1 1/2 C nuts and coconut
3 C grated raw zucchini, unpeeled

Combine all, bake in two greased loaf pans at 325 for one hour or until toothpick inserted in middle comes out clean.
