8 cup tomato puree
2 cups chopped onion
3 cups green peppers
2 20oz can pineapple tidbits (drain but save juice)
1/2 cup soy sauce
3 cups white vinegar
5 cups white sugar
Add 1/2 cup water to pineapple juice
3/4 cup corn starch or clear jel
Heat to thicken water bath pints 20 min. quarts 25 minutes
To use brown Chicken place in baking dish cover with sweet and sour and bake.
